What to include

• The parent email on the account, if you have one.
• What you were doing and what went wrong. A screenshot helps.
• For a problem with one question, you can also use Report an issue on that question. It tells us exactly which question it is.

Please do not send passwords. We will never ask for one.

Privacy requests

A parent or guardian can download a child’s data or delete the account in Settings. To ask us to do it, or to ask what we hold, email us from the parent email on the account. Read the privacy policy for details.
